This is an organization act as the forerunner of the Enforcers that compromises of Asesinar and Humans that deals with the control and extermination of all supernatural creatures and beings. It was founded by Samuel Croche. In that time they were at war with the supernatural but were defeated by the Centurion. It return back later in time to serve as hope for all humans with additional of military personnel. After Cheeco took over the Earth the organization went into Heaven where they got upgraded supernatural weapons & enhancements and became the Troy personal military which was called the Enforcers.
